You are eligible for a return/exchange only if:

1) Item arrived faulty

2) Incorrect style was sent

Please check goods immediately. 

All claims must be made within 10 days of delivery date. After 10 days, we will no longer accept returns. 

Store credit will be given for all returned merchandise. We do not issue refunds in any case. 

To initiate your return, please send us an email with:

1) Invoice number

2) Size of damaged piece(s)

3) Color(s)

4) Proof of damage(s)

Please do not ship goods before getting your return authorization.
